Daytime running light control box for vehicles without light switch

By installing the DRL CONTROL- BOX CB1 is the correct circuit between daytime running light and the front lighting on the vehicle given． According to the regulations， the daytime running lights must be connected in such a way that they switch off automatically when the main headlights are switched on． Since the main headlight is always on in vehicles without a light switch， the daytime running light function would not be usable correctly． The BOX is suitable for LED and conventional headlights and is installed between the main headlight with integrated or separate daytime running light and the vehicle’s electrical system． The function of the parking light that is switched via the ignition lock when the vehicle is parked is fully functional．

NOTE:
A separate ON and OFF switch for the DRL CONTROL-BOX is also required (not included)．
The rear tail light must always remain switched on， i．e． set to ignition plus．

If it should happen with this product in connection with the TYPE 6 headlight that this does not switch daytime running lights after starting the engine， please proceed as follows:
Install the enclosed 120 Ohm resistor as indicated in the instructions． Now the headlight should also switch the daytime running light．
