Note that this kit is for the wheel only and does not take into account your choice of discs and calipers.
The standard CBR1000RR axle shaft cannot be used with the above mentioned wheels due to the diameter not being compatible with the bearing sizes in the NSR／NC wheel、so we have provided a shaft in the set that fits perfectly with the NSR／NC wheel.
Firstly、the design of the axle spacers allows them to stay attached to the wheel when the wheel is out of the bike、allowing easier fitting／removing of the wheel.
To fit the spacers to the wheel you'll see a lip on the spacer that locates behind the seal.
Be careful not to damage the seal during fitting(use light grease) and now the spacers will stay in place.
The Fork Bush L.
is fitted to the left hand fork from the outside、with the split lining up with the split in the pinch of the fork leg.
This is to take up the difference in diameter between the axle shaft supplied and the fork leg bore

TPER-0122 CBR1000RR 2008-13 Forks、Caliper Relocation for 310mm Discs、Conversion Kit

The original CBR1000RR 2008 setup uses 320mm discs、and small spacers between the caliper mounts on the forks and the calipers.
対象：use with 310mm discs these spacers must be removed、and replaced with our TPER-0121A dowels、which locate the calipers onto the mounts.
This relocation means that the original 10x62mm caliper bolts are too long and should be replaced with the 57mm long bolts supplied.
TPER-0123 CBR1000RR 2008-13 Forks、Set、Disc Spacer
NSR250やNC30／35などのホンダ車の一般的なディスク装着ピッチは130mmです。
これは、使用した 310mm RC30 ディスクにも当てはまります。
ただし、この変換には 133mm のピッチが必要なため、CBR1000RR キャリパーのディスクローターの中心に適切な量だけ両側のディスクをオフセットする TYLY-0121C 1.5mm シムを提供します。
RC30 ディスクは優れた選択肢であり、クランプ面からローターの中心線まで測定して 15mm のオフセットがあります。
ホンダ OEM ディスクには、右側に小さな問題があります。ディスクの取り付け面の裏側には大きな面取りがあり、ホイールの円筒部分に配置する表面がほとんどないことを意味します。
アフターマーケットの 310mm ディスクにはこのような大きな面取りがないため、安全に配置でき、おそらくより良い選択であることがわかりました。
