Each bolt is CNC-machined from rust-resistant marine grade stainless steel and has a model-specific design to tackle alignment float’ which can impact braking performance. Choosing between the Road and Race version of the bolts is a question of rider preference. The bolt stem does not change， only the head design varies. The EP Road bolt head is tapered with machined detailing for a clean aesthetic and can be easily installed using an 8mm allen key.
