Our derlyn plugs are made from billet by CNC machines from bars of particular plastic compound.
The shape and the material have been choosen to satisfy many needs：
- the round shape is safe for the leg of the rider
- the material is soft but it resists very well to comsumption. In this way it absorbs part of the crash and slides stopping slowly the bike， so it doesn’t turn and jump on the road
- the plugs are little and very nice on the bike and the steel bolt is hide inside
- the thread inside permit to change the damaged plug in very short time， by bare hands and without tools
