Daytona ultra drive CVT spring is designed to be 20% harder than the motorbike’s original CVT spring. Replacing the CVT spring can increase motorbike acceleration instantly.
A CVT spring that is 20% stiffer is sufficient for daily use on a standard motorbike or with light to medium modifications. For motorbikes that have been modified、to get maximum performance at low and top speeds、usually this must be accompanied by a replacement of the roller weight.

1. The larger the wire diameter、the lower the risk of shrinkage.
2. With double-shot peening treatment and cold pre-stressing、shrinkage is lower.
3. More resistant to high temperatures and higher levels of saturation.
