Spark’s ongoing research and development for the KAWASAKI ZX-6R and 636 motorcycles has led to significant improvements aimed at optimising performance and enhancing design，also through details like carbon fibre engine covers and CNC-machined titanium bushings.
The new versions ensure superior performance，more sophisticated technical solutions，and are compatible with the 636 model，even in its original configuration (with passenger footrests).
The kit is FIM-approved for the SSP600 category，confirming its compliance with the extremely high standards required in the World Championship.

In collaboration with the leading teams in the Italian，French，and British Championships，Spark introduces the new evolution of the full titanium system，with different silencer options，to ensure compliance with the various noise limits imposed at race circuits.

Full titanium system with Konix Evo muffler - EVO2024 (GKA8831T)：Racing design with a titanium body and carbon fibre end cap.
The carbon fibre cover on the connection enhances the aesthetics and the specific connectin pipe makes it compatible with passenger footrests and the original bike.

Full titanium system with Force Evo muffler - EVO2024 (GKA8834T)：Featuring a titanium body with ribs that converge towards the carbon fibre end cap，this system offers a distinctive design with attention to detail.
The carbon fibre cover on the connection enhances its exclusivity.
It is designed to optimise performance while staying within the 102 dB noise limit.

Full titanium system with Grid-O muffler (GKA8833T)：Designed for those seeking an extreme sound，without noise restrictions，this system combines a full titanium collector with the full titanium Grid-O silencer derived from the World Championship，along with a carbon fibre cover on the conneting pipe，ensuring refined aesthetics and high performance.

Full titanium system with Force Evo muffler (GKA8829T)：The perfect balance between performance and compliance with the 102 dB noise limit.
It maintains the qualities of the EVO 2025 model but with a more essential configuration，without the carbon fibre covers.

Full titanium system with Konix Evo muffler (GKA8832T)：An essential version of the full titanium kit with Konix Evo silencer，without the carbon fibre cover on the pipe.
The system was chosen by James Hillier in the Supersport TT 2024，at the Isle of Man，to secure fourth place in Race 1.

In addition to the titanium range，Spark offers two stainless steel options with a 60mm connecting pipe：
