Airboxes for SI Carburettor Casing provide a remedy when even the largest carburettor in a PX Engine cannot draw in enough air.
Thanks to their significantly larger volume，they provide the Engine with around 20 ％ more air than the original carburetor sump cover.
Engine response is noticeably improved，especially in the lower speed range.
DRT takes up this idea.
A massive Spacer raises the Carburettor Casing Cap to create the additional volume.
Another advantage：The DRT Spacer also allows the larger T5 Air Filter to be used.
In conjunction with an Air Intake System for SI carburettors，sufficient fresh air supply is ensured.
The clearance between the Carburettor Casing and Frame should be checked and，if necessary，compensatedfor using the Shock Absorber Distance Nut.
