SIP has developed a CNC Clutch Basket for COSA 2 clutches to satisfy even high-tech fans and performance freaks in terms of clutch technology.
The price-performance ratio is impressive and makes the CNC version also interesting for “normal” setups.
The basket is CNC-milled from solid material and additionally nitrided for maximum durability.
The groove of the Cluster Circlip is optimized，and holes and cut-outs reduce the weight.
The inner part specially forged for SIP has 16 Spring Attachments so that 8 to 16 COSA 2 Springs can be used.
The Rivets are also specially produced，chamfered and corrosion-protected.
This makes it possible to achieve an affordable sales price despite the use of high-quality materials.
Due to the modified height of the Clutch Basket，a compensating gasket or a modified Clutch Cover should also be ordered.
A reinforced Cluster Circlip is also mandatory.
