Cylinder kits to replace worn original cylinders.
Standard kits in 1：1 original design，some also PIAGGIO，including complete Piston.
The older a vehicle is and the more kilometers the Engine has run，the more likely it is that the original Cylinder will need to be replaced.
Cylinder bores are often worn，have piston seizures or seizures behind them or are run-in.
Inexpensive standard cylinder kits are available that correspond 1：1 to the originals - dimensions，performance，appearance and fit are identical.
Where available，PIAGGIO cylinder kits are also offered，which are marked accordingly.
Scope of delivery：Cylinder with complete Piston incl.
2 Piston Rings，without Cylinder Head and without Gaskets.
Cylinder Kit modified for PX80：We’ve modified this cylinder kit to fit the smaller casing diameter of the 80er.
The original 80ccm crankshaft with 48mm stroke must be replaced with a 125/150ccm shaft from the larger models with 57mm stroke.
We also recommend a longer transmission (POLINI/MALOSSI) or a clutch cog with 21-22 teeth.
