50 cc cylinder kit from PIAGGIO made of gray cast iron with 3 transfer ports - original quality with noticeably better pulling power.
Original and yet cool：In addition to classic tuning cylinders，the PIAGGIO 50 cc cylinder kit is available in first-class original quality.
The cast iron cylinder is cleanly cast，extremely robust and ensures balanced thermals thanks to solid wall thicknesses.
As a 3-channel version，it offers an additional transfer port compared to the old 2-channel cylinders - the same level of technology as newer PK/XL/XL2 models.
The aim was stability combined with good pulling power.

Technically，this is a 49.80 cc cast iron cylinder with 38.4 mm bore and 43 mm stroke，3 transfer ports，Piston with 2 Piston Rings and 6 mm exhaust studs.
Supplied without Cylinder Head - the original Cylinder Head can still be used.
Fits all Vespa 50/PK/XL/XL2 Models (except PK automatic).
The jetting should be adjusted after fitting.
Conclusion：When it comes to tried and tested 50 cc cast iron cylinder kits in original quality，there is no better alternative.
Main Jet adjustment and a new Spark Plug are a must.
The setup becomes sportier with a 16/16 Carburettor，original exhaust with thick Exhaust Manifold or the SITO banana.
Supplied without Gasket Set - be sure to order a cylinder base gasket.
SERIE PRO also manufactures cylinders for Vespa 50 1° Serie V5A1T -＞ 92876.
We’ve modified them so that they fit the first 50’s Vespas with their smaller cylinder base connection in motor block.
