Exhaust manifold SIP Quattrini M1X/M1XL
Our exhaust manifold，suitable for the Quattrini M1X and M1XL cylinders，simplifies the full exploitation of the cylinders potential while tuning.
This exhaust manifold also simplifies the access to the cylinders exhaust port for enlargement by machining as it is fully-removable.
The more solid steel material allows a thinner construction which leads to a larger internal diameter being possible.
The internal form is conical and narrows towards the exhaust from 34mm to 33mm.
This creates a jet shape，through which the exhaust gases can quickly and effectively escape the confines of the motor.
Its surface is zinc-plated to prevent corrosion and the manifold is sealed with a heat-resistant o-ring gasket，which is included in the delivery.
To complete this conversion the existing cylinder exhaust manifold must first be carefully removed with a suitable saw and the new gasket surface smoothed appropriately.
Then the SIP manifold can be attached to the cylinder with the included fixing bolts being screwed into the existing threaded holes already provided by Quattrini for this purpose.
These manifolds are precisely dimensioned and are fully compatible with all commonly-available exhaust systems for the Vespa PX125/150 models.
This exhaust manifold can also be used as a replacement part for broken and damaged manifolds of other cylinders in this capacity class.
The distance between the manifold fixing holes is 65mm.
