The outer diameter of the differing exhaust manifolds on the various aftermarket cylinders available for the VESPA 200cc models are not all identical.
The original PIAGGIO 200，POLINI 208 and the PINASCO 215cc have a larger diameter exhaust manifold outlet stub than those the MALOSSI 210 or the POLINI 210cc cylinders possess.
We are only talking about 0.2-0.4mm difference here，but that is enough of a gap to make the difference between either a tight efficient fit，or a loose，ill fitting join that eats away at the total power output of your motors set up.
We can offer relief for this problem in the form of an exhaust manifold outlet stub gasket.
These SIP exhaust stub gaskets are available in two thicknesses (0.1 and 0.15mm) and are made of zinc plated steel.
They are simply placed between the exhaust manifold stub and the exhaust itself.
The gasket is provided with a folded collar along the outer curved edge to prevent the gasket slipping out of position during and following assembly.
These exhaust manifold gaskets are suitable for all VESPA 200cc models cylinder exhaust manifold stubs.
