The rear luggage carrier is mounted to the standard luggage surface.
The existing openings car be used if present on your model，if not these must be drilled.
At first it may seem a little absurd to make holes in your Ciao，but this is a relatively small price to pay for such an attractive accessory.
The front folding carrier is attached at the top with a mounting bracket that is included in the delivery，it is then fixed to the frame of the moped，beneath the handlebars.
The lower fixing simply uses the existing bolts that hold the front mudguard to the inside of the steering column.
To maintain a solid connection when the carrier is included，we recommend the use of longer bolts (part no PI641204).
We have something very special for the very early PIAGGIO Ciao models，which were not yet factory-equipped with an internal thread on the steering column.
The fixed carriers，with the folding mechanism similar to that found on bicycle carriers，are mounted at the top of the steering column just beneath the handlebars.
The lower mountings are bolted to the inner surfaces of the steering column，close to the swing-arm suspension.
All models have holes located here to enable the secure mounting of a front luggage carrier.
