Our Maintenance Service Kits contain all the parts that should be replaced at regular intervals according to the manufacturer’s service schedule.

Some spare parts from MALOSSI cost just as much as the original parts or are even cheaper.
Variator Rollers MALOSSI - The original weight MALOSSI rollers have a PTFE coating and therefore guarantee above-average durability.
Belt MALOSSI - The belts are Reinforcement and slightly thicker.
This results in less slippage in the CVT drive system.
The result is a slightly higher top speed.
MALOSSI Air Filter Sponge - The MALOSSI air filter sponge offers more air flow while maintaining the same filter effect.
This allows the Engine to breathe more freely and reacts much more agilely to throttle commands.
Oil Filter MALOSSI - The Red Chilli filters the smallest particles and contributes to a longer engine service life.
Only included in kits for Models from 125 cc.
Brake Pads MALOSSI / MADE BY GALFER - The MALOSSI brake pads offer better braking performance than the original pads and are supplied with ABE.
This means that they can be used legally on the road.
Other spare parts such as skid shoes，Grease，Spark Plug and crush nuts for the Clutch and Variomatic are also included in the scope of delivery and are the same as the original.
Brake Fluid，Gearbox Oil and，if necessary，Engine Oil should also be changed at every service.
