Mounting Kit for LED headlights for Vespa 50/90 Models from SIP SCOOTERSHOP.
LED headlights have been used more and more in classic scooters such as the Vespa 50 for some time now，mainly because they offer a significantly higher light output with lower power consumption.
In collaboration with JUST TOP，SIP has developed two new LED headlights for the Vespa PX and V50 Models，which can be fitted to the respective scooter without any further processing.
JUST TOP is a renowned manufacturer of automotive lighting from Taiwan that produces high-quality and affordable Headlight Units for many different applications.

The Mounting Kit for the Headlight Unit of the Vespa 50/90 Models is CNC-milled from high-quality aluminum and therefore impresses with its high stability and precise fit.
It uses the original mounting points of the Headlight Unit so that no machining of the Handlebar is necessary.
Two small stainless steel Plates are attached to the aluminum ring so that the two narrow recesses for the lugs of the Headlight Unit can be accessed.
There is also a recess on the underside of the CNC ring into which the slide for adjusting the height of the original Headlight Unit fits.
This means that the modern Headlight Unit LED can be adjusted just as precisely as the original.
The production from CNC-milled aluminum in combination with the modern Headlight Unit LED naturally creates a more contemporary look compared to the original.
At the same time，great importance was attached during development to integrating the Headlight Unit into the vehicle as discreetly as possible with the help of the Mounting Kit.
The kit is available in two colors to match the look of the vehicle in question as closely as possible：in true-to-original natural silver aluminum and in plain matt black for conversions with an all-black look.
Conclusion：Modern technology with a discreet look for the classic Vespa - and without any modifications during installation.
