The D.R.177cc road tuning kit represents one of our favourite performance enhancing packages here at SIP and this is also reflected in its popularity amongst our customers.
This combination of components is an excellent upgrade for all 125/150cc largeframe Vespa motors.
If you wish to tune an aged or high mileage engine we strongly recommend a full service first.
Primarily the crankshaft bearings，shaft oil seals and the gear selector cruciform head the group of Vespa two-stroke engine components that require regular replacement The kits provides an ideal basis for further tuning measures，but it is important to consider that parts not included in these packages are not covered by the part conformity certification we have arranged.
While the engine casings are open you are represented with the opportunity to upgrade the crankshaft and also the exposed transmission parts，essential for a higher top speed and improved acceleration.

Due to the increased performance enabled by this kit the brakes should also be serviced and eventually upgraded with a set of our SIP Performance brake pads/shoes.
Good shock absorbers improve the suspension for a more consistent contact with the road while accelerating，cornering and braking！
