High-quality replacement manifold made of V2A with optimized fit and noticeable increase in performance.
The SIP stainless steel Exhaust Manifold for PIAGGIO 125-180 cc Engines can be fitted in next to no time and easily replaces the original component.
The Exhaust Manifold is made of high-quality stainless steel and the two flange pieces used are precisely laser-cut.
Manufactured from a single，CNC-bent piece of pipe，the Exhaust Manifold impresses with an optimum fit and further reduced turbulence in the exhaust area.
The SIP001 now has a 1 mm larger diameter.
With this small but effective modification，the engine power can be increased by up to 1 hp.
The scope of delivery also includes two new gaskets for the exhaust silencer and cylinder flange.
The Exhaust Manifold is made from high-quality V2A，bent from a single piece and fitted with TIG-welded flange pieces.
Depending on the setup，performance increases of around 1 to 1.5 hp are possible.
In order to develop the optimum performance of the Exhaust Manifold，the outlet of the Cylinder should be adapted to the diameter of the Exhaust Manifold.
In combination with MALOSSI Multivar and Delta Clutch，the setup is particularly fun.
