The SERIES PRO range bundles selected performance parts from small tuning forges - the DSE Exhaust is one of the most uncompromising systems for 200cc Engines with over 25 hp.

For 200cc high-end setups and 177cc racing applications
“DSE - DIRTY SOUTH ENGINEERING” developed the Exhaust in cooperation with SESC for heavily modified PX200 Engines.
As early as 2006，the system impressed with victories in the quarter mile，including in Bremen at 157 km/h.
A 221 cc MALOSSI setup achieved over 41 hp at the rear wheel.
The prerequisites are appropriately machined engines with long timing (approx.
130°/190° to 130°/195°)，a large intake and powerful peripherals.
The system is made of steel or stainless steel，hand-welded from many segments and supplied with stainless steel silencers depending on the version.
Lefthand design，fastening via Springs on the Exhaust Manifold.
Wide tire mounting is possible，spare wheel and Centre Stand are not required.
Jetting and Ignition must be adapted.
A version for smaller PX models and older largeframes has also recently become available - ideal for high-bred 177cc setups.
Conclusion：The SERIE PRO - DSE is an uncompromising powerhouse with genuine racing DNA and high quarter-mile competence.
Large Intake Manifold (e.g.
MBD/MMW) and at least 32 mm，better 35 mm Carburettor are mandatory.
Reinforced COSA Clutch or MMW basket required.
Reed Valve or Flowed Crankshaft，reinforced gearbox and CDI Ignition are advisable.

Note：JL Exhausts has been struggling with a sharp rise in material and personnel costs for some time now.
Customs duties，bureaucratic hurdles and a shortage of skilled workers are making production even more difficult and expensive.
Unfortunately，this will lead to a price increase for all models from 07/2025.
We have been able to mitigate the adjustment for the most common racing exhaust systems，but some models will be permanently removed from the range.
The exhaust systems are still manufactured by hand in Europe to the highest quality standards.
Low noise development，high durability，a striking racing look thanks to clean weld seams and high-quality materials such as stainless steel continue to speak for these exhaust systems.
