Racing Exhaust SIP PERFORMANCE 2.0 Righthand from JL EXHAUSTS - handmade,high-torque and widely applicable.
The legendary Righthand market has long been characterized by RZ - now comes the SIP PERFORMANCE 2.0 as a Righthand version,handmade by JL EXHAUSTS (Jim Lomas).
The completely newly developed,significantly more voluminous body delivers 18-32 hp depending on the setup and enables high top speeds without sacrificing everyday utility.

Following the success of the SIP PERFORMANCE 2.0 in the Lefhand range,the consistent Righthand version now follows:the resonance body has been redesigned and is significantly more voluminous,but remains practical - Centre Stand,wide tires and even a spare wheel are still possible.
The Exhaust is manufactured by hand at JL EXHAUSTS,optionally in stainless steel or steel with Clear Lacquer.
The Exhaust Manifold is suspended on both sides by Springs (rubber-coated) and the Holder on the Traverse is designed to absorb the vibrations of the Silencer.
The character is clearly designed for powerful torque and clean gear connection:Insert earlier than NEWLINE or DSE,with power being cleanly pulled through to 4th gear - with comparable peak power.
Depending on the engine tuning,18-32 hp and high top speeds can be achieved; jetting and ignition settings should be checked and optimized accordingly.
The Exhaust is available with or without a screw-on carbon Silencer.
Alternatively,other SIP silencers or the S&S silencer will also fit; the lasered logo may have to be turned backwards so that it is positioned correctly.
Installation on Sprint/Rally is possible in principle,but is time-consuming:The Silencer can bump against Side Panels that are pulled far down,making adjustment work necessary.
There is a JL guarantee for quality:If an Exhaust breaks,it will be repaired or replaced by Jim Lomas (excluding accident damage).
Valid for first owners who have purchased from SIP for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Conclusion:The SIP PERFORMANCE 2.0 Righthand is an uncompromisingly powerful exhaust solution for tourers and high-end setups.
For 139-177 cc,plan for at least a 24 Carburettor and longer gear ratio.
For 200 cc with SI Carburettor:significantly larger jetting than standard required.
For high-performance setups:MALOSSI 210,COSA clutch,racing/long Stroke Crankshaft,modified Cylinder Head.
For the 30 hp class:SIP PERFORMANCE Ignition,30-36 mm reed carburetor,Flowed Crankshaft and suitable peripherals.

Note:JL Exhausts has been struggling with a sharp rise in material and personnel costs for some time now.
Customs duties,bureaucratic hurdles and a shortage of skilled workers are making production even more difficult and expensive.
Unfortunately,this will lead to a price increase for all models from 07/2025.
We have been able to mitigate the adjustment for the most common racing exhaust systems,but some models will be permanently removed from the range.
The exhaust systems are still manufactured by hand in Europe to the highest quality standards.
Low noise development,high durability,a striking racing look thanks to clean weld seams and high-quality materials such as stainless steel continue to speak for these exhaust systems.
