A suitable Seat Pin is essential for the Seat to engage correctly.
Seat Pins differ in diameter，length and thread.
The M7 thread is used on Vespa 50-125/PV/ET3 and the oldies Vespa 125 VNB-TS/150 VBA-Super/160 GS/180SS/Rally.
The later PX/T5 Models have an M8 thread.
Seat Pins for seats with Lock are longer on the small frames.
The specified length is from the Frame to the upper tip，the length L1 is the length of the support.
The seat manufacturers differ in the diameter and height of the hole for the Seat Pin in the seat.
We therefore also specify the diameter of the tip and the entire body.
If a new Seat jams after installation when Locking despite all the slotted hole adjustments，a different Seat Pin may be the solution.
Seats and Seat Pins from the same manufacturer are compatible.
