The gearshift arm is an essential component of the gearbox.
While early 50cc models are operated via two gear cables，later PK50XL/FL/HP/XL2/PK125N/XL2 models use a single wire，which enables a highly precise shifting process and renders the tiresome adjustment of gear cables obsolete.
As V50/PK engines are becoming increasingly rare，smallframe pilots have no choice but to fall back on PK XL2 engines.
We decided to produce a new version of the XL2 gearshift arm，using new forms and high quality material，thus guaranteeing a premium spare part with a highly accurate fit.
BTW：Not only XL2 pilots benefit from the advantages of a wire operated shifting system.
Also high end tuners like BFA are using XL2 parts whenever possible (e.g.：for the BFA CNC casing part no.
24350000).
To mount a PK XL2 engine to a V50-125/PV/ET3/PK/S/XL you need a conversion kit (part no.
28678300) which enables you to operate the XL2 engines by means of the two existing bowden cables.
In combination with a suitable handlebar (e.g.：PX oder PK XL2) also early 50cc models can benefit from the progressive single wire technology.
