Proud owners of early Vespa VNA，VNB or VBA models are often faced with the problem of not being able to find suitably sized wing-nuts to secure the voltage rectifier.
We here at SIP have sought to relieve this problem by producing a complete kit，available from the shop，to facilitate the perfect repair or factory restoration project.
The kit includes engine mounting studs provided with the original M3.5 x 0.6 thread to match the existing threads in the casings and a more modern M3 x 0.5 thread and wing-nut to fix the voltage rectifier in position.
The use of M3.5 dimensioned wing-nuts have been out of vogue in the automotive industry for decades now and are as rare as raw steak.
This conversion kit removes the potential difficulties posed by damaging or losing another.
