Cable pull pliers as a “3rd hand” for easy tensioning of cables，particularly helpful when adjusting the clutch.
This cable puller makes tensioning cables much easier，especially when adjusting the Clutch.
Normally，you would often need one more hand than you have - hence the name “3rd hand tool”.
Once you have tensioned a cable with it，you will never want to do without it in your glove compartment again.
For newer models it is sometimes dispensable，but for classic and older Vespa models it is a real helper and a useful addition to any workshop.
