With the introduction of the SIP PERFORMANCE wiring Loom series，we are closing a gap between many other SIP PERFORMANCE parts.
If you buy a SIP Speedometer/Rev Counter and a SIP PERFORMANCE by VAPE Ignition for your scooter，you can use a SIP PERFORMANCE Wiring Loom to connect almost all the connections of the Speedometer/Rev Counter or Ignition Plug ＆ Play.
No more tedious searching for the right Wire from which，for example，the power supply for the Speedometer can be disconnected.

The DC variants of the SIP PERFORMANCE Wiring Looms are designed for concepts with a Battery：All consumers are powered directly from the battery，the output of the alternator is used to recharge the battery.
There is a switched 12 V DC connection under the Horn Cover for free use - ideal for a USB socket for charging a cell phone on the road，for example.
Caution：Consumers must never be connected to unswitched Power cables or directly to the Battery！
This Wiring Loom is designed for PX Lusso Models with Elestart.
For PX Lusso Models without Elestart，please select the Wiring Loom with item no.

The DC Wiring Loom for Vespa PX80-200 E Lusso provides the power supply for the Speedometer black box at the front and rear：The front connection cable is designed so that it can be routed both in the Handlebar and under the Horn Cover.
The rear connection cable ends under the Battery.
This means that the black box can be installed at the desired position in the scooter，depending on space and preference.
When the Ignition Lock is switched to “ON”，all consumers are immediately available：The SIP Rev Counter/Speedometer starts and all lights can be used.
To support every PX Lusso SIP Rev Counter/Speedometer (and of course also original Speedometers)，a new Indicator Relay (item XYZ) has been developed for the DC Wiring Loom.
The use of this Indicator Relay is mandatory to ensure the correct function of the blinker light.
The Indicator Relay is not included in the scope of delivery.
The Wiring Loom requires a SIP PERFORMANCE by VAPE DC Ignition with Elestart support(51007DEC or 51011RD0) or a VAPE Ignition that has been fitted with the Elestart Fanwheel.

Brake Light Switch on the foot brake pedal must be “Lock”，e.g.
18187810 or 18187800
Connection of the circuit breaker on the Clutch Lever with original PIAGGIO Wire
Provision for the original PIAGGIO Starter switch
Requires the 4-pin Ignition Lock
Connection of the Battery and the Elestart Engine with separate Wiring(21882000 or 21882100)，not included in the scope of delivery
The Ignition Lock switches the battery current to the consumers via a relay (Ignition Lock cable cross-section too small) - Relays included in scope of delivery
The black ground cable towards the Engine with 6 mm eyelet must be connected to the Crankcase，preferably together with the ground cable of the Elestart cable branch.
To ensure a good ground connection from the Engine to the CDI，we recommend a separate ground cable.
The Wiring Loom is supplied with 7.5 A Fuses.
The maximum permissible current is 10 A.
Fuses with a higher rated current must not be installed.
Caution：Always handle the plugs for the SIP Speedometer/Rev Counter with extreme care and never pull in the Wiring Loom using these plugs or cables.
These wires only have a cross-section of 0.5 mm and - like the plugs - are not designed to absorb large forces.
Conclusion：The perfect plug ＆ play solution for all those who don’t want to get deeply involved in scooter electrics，but prefer to “plug together” according to instructions.
